Day 2, Part 2... Hot, tired and hungry, we arrive $Day 2, Part 2... Hot, tired and hungry, we arrived at @_duesouthbistro_ where we were greeted like old friends and served with refreshments. The staff were warm, welcoming and the atmosphere was completely relaxed. I felt right at home, and so did Loki who promptly used the opportunity to have some water and take a nap while I had lunch and admired the thoughtfully decorated nautical interior and view of Jubilee Square and main road from the window. These guys make a huge effort to use local and seasonal products. Their food is well priced, beautifully presented, perfectly prepared and VERY generous in portion sizes! I would have stayed all day, but we headed out for a walk about town with a hot, freshly brewed cup of @_justroasted coffee in hand. There are so many interesting shops, places to eat and historical buildings to see up and down the main road of Simon's Town. Many of these places welcome well behaved dogs, and there are quite a few water bowls out on the walkway to keep your pup hydrated along the way. This town holds so much beauty, history and hidden treasures. I feel so incredibly blessed to have had the opportunity to show you a small fraction of what it's like to explore it with your dog, and hope you are inspired to come and discover even more for yourself 🐕 Thank you for joining us on this adventure, and wishing you all a beautiful day and week ahead.
