Come experience our warm hospitality and our world class yacht services at the False Bay Yacht Club, Simon's Town. The town has been a naval base since 1652 when Simon Van Der Stel discovered the warm waters of False Bay and the sheltered anchorage that became Simon's Town. In this age it has nurtured the growth of the South African Navy's home port. As befitting this naval town, the Simon's Town Marina Company offers professional maritime services in all specialties including slippage, berthing, yacht fitting and all services associated with ocean cruising.

We have a total of 220 berths
Maximum length: 15 metres
Five visitors berths accommodate larger boats with a maximum weight of 18 tons & 22 metres LOA
Berths for sale and hire
Working jetty with full availability of all chandlers services by experienced professionals providing thorough service at reasonable rates
Main slipway to our hard standing area with a capacity of 19-21 boats
Sling lift carrier. The sling lift has a capacity to slip vessels of 16 tons
Crows Nest Pub & Restaurant serves sundowners and meals
24 Hour Electronic Security system

Cruising visitors from as far afield as the United States, Europe, United Kingdom and Australia use the services of Simon's Town Marina Company and enjoy the hospitality of False Bay Yacht Club.

Slipping and hard-standing services are offered at competitive rates on a cash up front basis. Information regarding the slipping of boats, berths for sale or hire is available through the Marina Company Secretary:

Clubhouse & Neptunes Restaurant

FALSE BAY YACHT CLUB FACILITIES
Temporary membership must be taken by all visiting vessels which are also required to evidence appropriate public liability and other insurance. Membership provides access to club facilities and to the pub and restaurant which has spectacular views over the marina especially at sundowner time. Happy hour is available certain days of the week.
