Quiet, friendly house with views from nearly every window; the mountain and the waterfall from the North windows, and False Bay, Simon’s Town Harbour and Roman Rock lighthouse from the East. It is a 10-minute walk to the railway station and beach, and in the other direction, a 10-minute walk brings you to the center of historic Simon’s Town, where there are several good restaurants. Cape Town is 45 minutes by car and Cape Town International Airport, 40 minutes.

 

The house can be accessed directly from the garage and sleeps 4 comfortably with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is oversized with cupboards galore. There is a third, large, separate bedroom and bathroom that can be accessed from the rear of the house. The large patio has a panoramic view and there are wonderful entertaining areas both inside and outside the house. The house is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, satellite TV and DVD player.
