The Simon's Town Art Group meet every third Thursday in the art studio situated near the library up the stairs. We have an increasing membership, almost 90 members now. We always have a person come and do a "demo" at the meetings on anything to do with art, and we run regular "workshops" with good artists providing support. There is also life drawing on certain days. We cover life drawing, oil, pastel, watercolour to name just a few mediums. The group also does charity work and is a valuable asset to Simon's Town through regular exhibitions and contributions to the community.

Our superb secretary Pauline Fine produces a news letter to the Members once a month. We have committee meetings monthly covering all aspects of running the group. We welcome your membership and support your art endevours; send an email to Venitia Eglington or give her a call.
