| Freedom
Of Entry Into Simon's Town |
The South African Navy exercising its right of freedom of entry
into Simon's Town as part of the opening of the annual Navy Festival.
This ceremony was attended by the Mayor Of Cape Town, Alderman
Gerald Morkel, who declared the festival open and the Chief
Of The Navy, Vice Admiral Retief, amongst other dignatories.
The parade was led by the South African Navy Band and contingents
from the SAN, as well as the visiting navies of Brazil, Uruguay
and Argentina.
