Apartment Lounge

Simon’s Town is a small village situated on the False Bay coast, 37km from Cape town. Roman Rock is 3km from the centre of Simon’s Town, on the M4S, direction Cape Point.

We have luxury self-catering APARTMENTS with stunning seaviews at 21 DORRIES DRIVE and STUDIOS with good seaviews at 432 Main Road. 3 Minutes walk will bring you to Fisherman’s - a safe swimming, sandy beach. Boulders beach – where the Penquins breed – is in easy walking distance.

Our APARTMENTS are spacious with 180°, uninterrupted seaviews from the lounge, bedroom and balcony – overlooking Fisherman’s Beach. A foot-path will take you directly to the beach for an early morning swim.

The en-suite bedrooms are furnished with kingsize beds (extra beds in lounge). Balconies have table and chairs for breakfast in the morning, and luxury sunbeds for sun-tanning.

THE STUDIOS ARE SITUATED ON THE M4S, THE ROAD TO CAPE POINT NATURE RESERVE. THE ROAD IS QUIET DURING THE NIGHT WITH NORMAL TRAFFIC DAYTIME.

Our STUDIOS are spacious with good sea views. They have private bathrooms with shower, and balconies with seaview – ideal for having your early morning coffee and watching whales in spring; BBQ; safe parking; fitted with queen-size beds. Two studios have an extra bed for a third person. Well equipped including kitchenette.
