Simon's Town is an historic coastal town 20 kms south of Cape Town and is graced with a mediterranean climate. Nestling at the foot of the Simonsberg mountain, Paradise View enjoys a 180 degree view of the stunning 35 km wide False Bay and the mountains beyond including the naval base and the yacht basin below.

The area, abounds in safe beaches for swimming and surfing. Visit the famous penguin Colony, Cape Point Lighthouse where the two oceans meet; the Nature Reserve and the Solole Game Reserve. Enjoy magnificent drives through the Winelands. Sports facilities are close at hand.

The two light and airy apartments are both fully equipped with all modent conveniences. The tasteful furnishings are all in pristine condition. Each apartment has its own private entrance off a common stairwell, and its own large balcony.

The upper apartment has a spacious double bedroom; bathroom with shower; open plan dining room/kitchen/lounge. The latter can sleep a third person.

The lower apartment, suitable for a couple only, has open plan bedroom/lounge, and kitchen, plus a separate bathroom with shower.
