WHAT IS IT
A very large bed-sitter [studio] apartment PLUS full bathroom PLUS kitchen PLUS viewing deck PLUS garden. Available on a self-catering basis.

SLEEPING AREA
A couple ( on a queen-size bed ) PLUS a child on a single bed. Provision can be made for a second child.

BED LINEN
All provided, including electric under-blanket, if required. Bed linen changed weekly.

BATHROOM
Full bathroom with double-size shower cubicle. Towels changed every second day. Beach towels provided, if required.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, fridge, microwave, 2-plate stove, toaster, kettle, ironing board and iron and cleaning equipment.

LOUNGE AREA
Lounge suite, TV set, small dining table and chairs, writing desk, blanket chest.

VIEWING DECK
View over Simon’s Bay and Roman Rock lighthouse. Table and chairs PLUS sun umbrella.

GARDEN
Grass for children to run. Braai ( barbecue) facilities available.

FOOD
Courtesy portions coffee, tea, sugar and creamer provided.

PARKING
Off-road parking bays provided.
