Dating back to 1828, the Central Hotel forms part of Simon's Towns historical mile incorporating many years of memories in its ancient walls.

In 1987 ownership of the Central Building was transferred to the Coetzee Family. After various renovations the Central Hotel Guest House today consists of ten comfortable en-suites with beautiful Victorian décor and boasts with a Three Star Grading by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa.

Guests are accommodated on a Bed and Breakfast Basis. We are centrally situated with some of the best views in Simon's Town and in walking distance to our town's fine cuisine served at numerous restaurants.

The views at dusk and dawn are absolutely breathtaking.
