the entrance to the Cape Point Nature Reserve. From August
to November you have whale watching from your doorstep! 45
minutes to the Waterfront and the famous Wine Routes of the
region.

with sweeping mountain and sea views, situated in an exclusive
and quiet area. All living areas and bedrooms enjoy the uninterrupted
views and all-day benefit of the sun... As well as the living
and dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and
laundry facilities, three double bedrooms, and two bathrooms
(one en-suite), you can eat, drink and laze in the sunshine on
the deck from morning till evening.

you have the option between the Main House, the Cottage or the
Guest Suite.
Main House: Very upmarket and luxurious four bedroom
house (two en-suite). One family bathroom and a downstairs
cloakroom. Large luxurious living room with Satelite TV and
formal dining room to seat eight people. Large stylish kitchen/diner,
opening one side to the ocean and the other to a courtyard
where you will find the swimming pool, bar, Jacuzzi, BBQ area
and WC.
On the same premises there is a Cottage which comprises of
a private garden, large double bedroom and sizeable living room with
sofabed and well equipped kitchen. Bathroom with bath and shower.
Access to swimming pool and entertainment area.
The Guest Suite comprises of a double bedroom, lounge with
fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. A bathroom and access to
swimming pool and entertainment area.
