The 2 decks of “SERENDIPITY” are spacious & safe for children. The house has 3 levels which flow into each other. It is a 10 minute walk down to the centre of Simon’s Town, where you will find many gastronomic & shopping delights.

There is a lock up garage for the main house & off street parking for the studio & house up to 2 cars.
Simon’s Town is known for it’s safety & lack of crime.

With these stunning views you will be able to relax & breathe in the fresh air that Simon’s Town enjoys!
You can enjoy lazing on the balconies to watch exquisite sunrises & sunsets.

The weekly yacht racing regattas are a lovely site to behold as they sail out on our pristine waters.
Imagine yourself waking up to this view from the main bedroom with its en suite bathroom.
You can lie in bed while the serenity of your surroundings engulfs you!

The second bedroom has the same view with 2 single beds & a separate bathroom with shower.
The house is serviced daily. Towels changed twice a week & the linen once a week.

A ceiling fan will ensure that you are never uncomfortable.

This is the second or ground level as this is where you will be entering the house.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen to your left as you enter & this is the dining area where we know many wonderful meals will be enjoyed.

Coming down the stairs to the third level you will find the heart of this house. As you can see there is a library for the book lover to enjoy & with the DSTV we are sure you will not lack anything if you decide to stay in & take some time off from reveling in all the wonderful activities & scenic routes that are available to you on this website.
The sleeper couch in this section of the living room offers sleeping facilities for a further 2 people.
The bar has a bar fridge & invites you to spend time here sipping cocktails while the sky slowly gets darker & the pinks in the sunset pale.

There is also an outside barbeque/ braai that will further enhance your enjoyment.

Conditions
Minimum stay of 3 nights with a 7 night minimum booking during peak season.
Longer rentals we are more than willing to negotiate depending on length of stay & season.
50% deposit is required to ensure booking.
Balance due 1 week prior to arrival.
A fully refundable breakage fee of R2000 is due on occupation.
